Sara Pezzini, hot on the trail of the Pez serial murderer, is being given more clues than she knows what to do with. However, none of these will help her find the killer as much as an old painting she finds at the location of the latest murder. Only by accepting the Witchblade's help, it seems, can Sara tap into the inspiration of the artist and in so doing, journey into the mind of the psychopath who is one step ahead of her at every turn.
